Cancellation and
Refund Policy:

Individual guests may cancel no later than 24 hours prior to a scheduled activity for a full refund less a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity will be eligible for a 50% refund. A full refund will be given if the activity is cancelled by Hood River WaterPlay. In the case of sub-optimal wind and weather conditions, the activity will be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time and a wind voucher will be issued.
